Founded by Creative Director Ashleigh Freda, Dream Talent reflects her deep passion for the performing arts and her commitment to excellence. Ashleigh holds a bachelor’s degree in Photojournalism from Point Park University and brings more than eight years of coaching experience as a freelance dance instructor. She specializes in strength, flexibility, and technical training, and incorporates the innovative Radar Technique into her turning classes to help dancers refine their movement and build lasting confidence.
Ashleigh’s love for dance, fashion and musical theatre is woven into everything we do. Beyond the studio, she has led Dream Talent models to prestigious platforms including New York Fashion Week, Atlanta Fashion Week, and Fashion Parade. Her hands-on leadership, ongoing training and dedication to elevating young talent continue to shape Dream Talent into a premier destination for aspiring performers and artists.
